 If you are using Outlook 2002/2003, you may find the following step by step instructions of use. Open OutlookClick 'Tools' (on the toolbar), then 'E-mail Accounts' (from the subsequent drop down menu)Select 'Add a new e-mail account' from the resulting 'E-mail Accounts' window, and press 'Next'Select 'IMAP' and press 'Next'Enter your name in the 'Your Name' box provided, in the form that you would like the recipients of your mails to seeEnter your email address yourname@yourdomain.com in the 'E-mail Address' boxEnter the Incoming Mail Server as shown in the table above in the 'Incoming mail server (IMAP)' boxEnter the Outgoing Mail Server as shown in the table above in the 'Outgoing mail server (SMTP)' box Enter your email address (yourname@yourdomain.com) in the 'User Name' boxEnter your password in the 'Password' boxEnsure that the 'Remember password' box is tickedPress the More Settings button, and go to the Outgoing Server tab. Tick the box which says 'My Outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires Authentication', and then click 'OK'.Click 'Next' and then 'Finish'
